Le moulin est ouverte!

On Thursday, we will be opening the Mill for people to visit! It is part of the  Journées du Patrimoine (National Heritage days).

The Walnut Mill equipment

For those of you interested in our beautiful Walnut Mill, you may not know that a lot of the original workings are still there, together with some more modern workings from the 1960s. Here is a link to more photos.
